Two types of Yellow lights, stop or go???

In actual driving we would find two types of yellow lights, round or arrow, and they mean totally different things, so highly confusing. Here we try to fix them once for all, confusion no more!

Type 1 yellow light: It comes from green light (or sometimes no light), it’s solid (not flashing) for about 4 seconds, then red. For this type of yellow light, the rule is STOP if safe to do so;

Type 2 yellow light: It comes from red light, and it’s flashing, it means GO if safe to do so.

Please know that the yellow lights we are discussing here, include the round yellow lights and yellow arrows.

Are we all good?
