I recently found a couple of students driving the car like memorising the text book, it looked OK initially until another car did not follow the “text book”.
So I have to advise anyone who wants to drive well, yes we should know and DO the “text book” (the rules and correct ways), however, we should never drive our car like in a perfect world, we must maintain good scanning, so we can react to (hopefully proactively) any unusual situation, so we can stay safe as much as possible.
